These terms apply to your use of stem-tutor.com and to the tutoring services offered by STEM-Tutor ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking a class, you agree to them.

Our services

We offer online tutoring for AP, GCSE and A level students, in live one-on-one classes. Course details, schedules and fees are confirmed with you directly before classes begin.

Students under 18

If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must book the classes and agree to these terms on the student's behalf.

Bookings and payments

• Demo classes, where offered, are free and do not commit you to anything.
• Fees, payment dates and any refund or rescheduling arrangements are agreed in writing before paid classes start.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a class.

Results

We work hard to help every student improve, but exam results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any particular grade or outcome.

Course materials

Notes, worksheets, recordings and other materials we provide are for the enrolled student's personal study. Please don't copy, resell or publish them without our permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. The content on this site is provided for general information and may change at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
